Community WiFi: For the Health of our Community
It is our priority and commitment to deliver essential communication services, like broadband internet, to our members and customers. We’re being called upon from a federal, state and local level, all asking if we’re capable of delivering reliable broadband during this difficult time. The answer is, yes, absolutely we will.
One of our current focuses is to provide schools with a solution for distance learning. We are also offering free community WiFi for those that need it.

Lobby Hours

In-Home Technician Visits
If a technician is needed to come to your home or business and anyone in your household is not feeling well, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. Call or text (320) 524-2211.
Payment Drop Off
Equipment Returns
Equipment returns can be left in the drop box outside our Brandon office. If you are a Brandon Communications customers, please call (800) 223-1676 to arrange drop off/pick up of equipment.
Keep Americans Connected Pledge
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the challenges that many Americans will face in the coming months, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai recently announced the Keep Americans Connected Initiative. In order to ensure that Americans do not lose their broadband or telephone connectivity as a result of these exceptional circumstances, he specifically asked broadband and telephone service providers, and trade associations, to take the Keep Americans Connected Pledge. Housing Assistance
West Central MN Communities Action recently received a large amount of funds to assist households within their five counties with housing related costs that have become past due as a result of hardships from COVID-19. Households will have to attest their inability to pay bills is a direct result of COVID-19 such as illness or loss of employment. Click here for more information.
