HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
- DSL Modem - Gardonville connects you to the Internet through a special DSL modem. You may purchase the DSL modem or lease it from Gardonville. You may also be able to purchase it from third party PC provider.
- Network Interface Card (NIC) - An Ethernet adapter is a type of Network Interface Card that enables your computer to be connected to a network. Many new computers will already have a pre-installed Ethernet card, otherwise you will need to purchase and install an Ethernet adapter from Gardonville or any outlet that sells computers or related equipment. Depending on what type of computer you have, your Ethernet adapter may be directly integrated into the computer’s main circuit board, or may be an internal or external add-on device.
